岗位职责

Job Responsibilities

  • 向承运人、合作货代或相关平台洽谈具有竞争力的运价,维护合作关系,保障旺季舱位稳定
  • 为客户/销售/操作部门提供报价、运输方案、文件准备,并参与重点客户招标项目
  • 结合公司与客户需求,设计新业务产品与解决方案,协调销售与客户沟通
  • 拓展海外合作伙伴业务,深耕合作网络,联合开发项目
  • 协助操作部门处理航线运营问题,提前预判风险并提供解决方案
  • 熟悉市场行情,及时更新运价与行业动态,保障运输成本竞争力
  • Negotiate competitive freight rates with carriers, co-loaders and platforms; maintain strong partnerships to secure space during peak seasons.
  • Provide quotations, transport solutions and documentation for customers, sales and operations; participate in key account tenders.
  • Develop new products and solutions based on company and customer needs; coordinate between sales teams and clients.
  • Expand business with overseas partners and develop joint projects within the network.
  • Assist operations in resolving daily issues, anticipate risks and provide solutions.
  • Monitor market trends, update rates and industry news timely to ensure cost competitiveness.

任职要求

Job Requirements

  • 英语流利,会俄语优先;熟悉俄及独联体文化,有当地留学/生活经历优先
  • 本科及以上,市场营销、国际贸易、物流管理等相关专业优先
  • 5年以上货代/船公司/3PL经验,3年以上航线经理或采购岗位经验
  • 良好分析能力,条理清晰,能承受工作压力
  • 敏锐的市场洞察力,沟通协作能力强,责任心高
  • Fluent English required; Russian proficiency a plus. Familiar with Russia & CIS culture; study or living experience preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree or above; Marketing, International Trade, Logistics preferred.
  • 5+ years in freight forwarding, shipping line or 3PL; at least 3 years as Trade Lane Manager or Procurement.
  • Strong analytical skills and well-organized.
  • Able to work under pressure.
  • Good market insight, communication, collaboration and responsibility.

岗位职责

Job Responsibilities

  • 负责中国南北区海运出口运价采购,定期输出采购分析报告,为决策提供数据支持
  • 与主流船公司及航线庄家建立深度合作关系
  • 主导年度合约与即期运价谈判,获取优势价格与结算条款
  • 配合销售与航线部门提供报价支持,提升业务中标率
  • 保障旺季/航线拥堵时的舱位资源,处理甩柜、滞箱费争议等异常
  • Handle ocean export rate procurement across North and South China; provide route analysis reports for decision support.
  • Build and maintain deep relationships with major carriers (COSCO, MSC, CMA, HMM, Evergreen, ZIM, etc.).
  • Lead annual contract and spot rate negotiations to secure competitive pricing and terms.
  • Support sales and Trade Lane teams with accurate quotations to improve win rates.
  • Secure container space during peak seasons; resolve roll cargo, demurrage & detention issues.

  • 10年以上船司/货代行业经验,3年以上航线开发/定价/采购管理经验
  • 拥有优质船公司关系网络,熟悉中国承运商运作模式
  • 具备大项目年度/月度投标实战经验
  • 强跨部门协作与战略执行力,英语熟练可与海外代理沟通
  • 10+ years in shipping or freight forwarding; 3+ years in route development, pricing or procurement management.
  • Extensive network with shipping lines; familiar with Chinese carriers’ operation model.
  • Proven experience in large annual and monthly tenders.
  • Strong cross-departmental collaboration and strategic execution; fluent English for overseas communication.
